HSE partnered with Hanlon Architects and Christa Development on these apartments located on School Street in Victor, NY.

This 55+ apartment community features 112 units (1, 2 and 3-bedroom configurations) across a unique four-story design. The ground floor houses a parking garage, with three stories of residential units above, totaling approximately 208,000 square feet.

The building utilizes a hybrid construction approach:

Upper Levels (Stories 2 - 4) are wood-framed construction with engineered trusses and shear walls.

Podium Level (2nd Floor) consists of steel framework with a concrete metal deck system that serves as the transition platform.

Ground Level has reinforced masonry walls and foundation system.

Load Transfer Path: The structural loads from the wooden residential floors above are transferred down through the steel and concrete podium system, then distributed through the masonry walls into the foundation.
