Wegmans opens newest store in Norwalk, CT!

Congratulations to Wegmans on opening their newest store in Norwalk, CT! HSE is proud to have been part of the team bringing this project to life.

Our scope included the complete structural design of the store, including the roof framing, foundations, mezzanine cafe, lateral load resisting system, pedestrian bridge connecting the store to the parking garage and of course, the iconic Wegmans clock tower.

A sustainable touch included installing 400+ solar panels on both the store roof and parking garage.

Wegmans’ commitment to quality - whether in products, service, or store experience - is something you can always count on. Each state’s building code presents unique challenges, but we work hard to keep every store true to Wegmans’ design standards.
