RIT Research Building
HSE is working with the MRB Group and Menard USA on a new Research Building with flexible lab spaces at the Rochester Institute of Technology. We created the design documents for the 40,000 SF steel building. RIT’s soil is challenging. To eliminate the need for deep foundations, Menard provided a ground improvement system with Controlled Modulus Columns (CMCs).
