- Valley Manor Apartments – Parking Garage Structure
- A two-level, post tensioned, concrete structure; repairs included the reconstruction of some beam ends and columns, as well as repair of parking deck surfaces.
- HSBC Plaza – Underground Parking Structure
- A four-level, conventionally reinforced, concrete structure that required full-depth slab removals to repair the deteriorated concrete.
- Midtown Plaza – Parking Garage Expansion Joints Repair
- This project required the repair of some leading expansion joints that extended under a major city street. Traffic control and phasing were critical elements of the design.
- Genesee Crossroads Apartments – Parking Garage Rehab
- A total rehab of an existing two-level, underground, conventionally reinforced, concrete structure. The project included slab repairs and the application of a new deck design.
- Manhattan Square Apartments – Parking Garage Rehab
- A four-level, steel-framed structure that required a partial replacement of one portion of deck.
