Design Description

• New 116,000 s.f. Retail Center
• 22,000 s.f. Outdoor Garden Center with Canopy
• 8,000 s.f. Seasonal Display Area with Skylights
• 5,000 s.f. Outdoor Customer Loading Canopy
• Recessed Truck Well at the Loading Dock
• Building is designed with a concrete slab on grade floor system, 28 ft. high concrete masonry walls, and a steel joist girder roof structure supported by steel columns.
