Repair of the exterior clay masonry façade, deteriorated steel lintels, and flashing; resealing all of the vertical stone joints; cleaning of the exterior masonry façade; replacement of all windows and doors with new energy-efficient systems; new interior and exterior trim and sealant for a tight finish; new screens on all operable windows; emergency exits in each classroom with tempered glass; new security screens on all windows exposed to student field activity.
