Design Description

This project included a three-story ambulatory services building with a two-story connection into the existing structure, and a second- and third-story addition to the existing structure. The design was structural steel frame with composite beam and cast-in-place concrete floor systems. The roof was open web joist with metal deck and the exterior walls were metal stud backup systems with a clay brick masonry façade.
