Herrick-Saylor Engineers, P.C. is pleased to announce new management

Jay R. Saylor, P.E.

President

Jay Saylor will continue as a Principal Partner and has been named President of the company. Since becoming an owner and Vice President in 1989, his leadership helped steer the company toward becoming a well recognized and established firm in the Design and Construction industry. The solid foundation that was built with Mr. Herrick over the last 22 years will continue to be the platform to launch this new management team.

David T. Finkbeiner, P.E.

Vice President

Dave Finkbeiner has been named Principal Partner and Vice President of the company. He has been a part of the Herrick-Saylor team for nearly 12 years, bringing a wide range of experience to the firm. In addition to being a Clarkson University graduate, he received an MBA in Technology Management from R.I.T. As a new owner, his management and technical skills will be a tremendous asset to the company.

Floyd O. Herrick Jr., P.E. will remain an important asset to the firm with his 45 years of expertise. He will continue to manage projects and maintain the valuable relationships he has gained during his career.
